I start saying that if possible I would rate 0 stars. The bad journey with this scam casino started with continuous cancel of withdrawals. Without to be informed or to have a mail. But the worst came later. On last Monday I ask to the support (because against curacao regulations they don’t have a place in the site where to do) to block my possibility to deposit for a week. This for responsible gambling. The do but the day after because of my addiction I ask to unblock and they quickly do. Result is that week was not past and they hadn’t to enable before even if I asked. Otherwise make no sense to block for a week if I can change before. Even on their site in the Italian section of responsible gambling they say this but they act in a different way. Result is that when I had not to be able to deposit I deposited 3500€ and obviously lost (I don’t want to talk about the scam of the games). The total non respect f responsible gambling regulations is totally unacceptable and this story will finish very bad. I asked them as per my gut to have all the transcripts of the chats and they said to me is impossible and this is other violation . Bunch of scammers I swear I’ll do that you will never have a customer more if you don’t refund
